Lakeview Village

At the northernmost edge of Morrison Town Center, Lakeview Village covers more than fifteen acres. Here Ranch residents will currently find Subway, Bashas', Bank of America, Paradise Nail Salon, The UPS Store, 1st Class Realty, Planet Beach, Red Mountain Wireless, H&R Block, Allstate Insurance, Higley Groves Dental, Carousel Cleaners, and Great Clips. There is potential for two lake view restaurants as well as more specialty shops.

Architectural Character of Lakeview Village
By envisioning a traditional American main street, you will have an idea of what Lakeview Village looks like. As the above photos demonstrate, Lakeview Village has successfully gone from vision to reality, in keeping with Morrison Ranch character. Unique in its concept, the Lakeview Village facade is designed as six “buildings”, each with a distinct character reminiscent of the storefronts along Main Street, USA. Adding to this hometown flavor is a wide, shaded walkway running the length of the center. Designed to encourage pedestrian travel, this walkway provides a wide buffer between the stores and parked cars. Construction of the final section of the center will begin soon.
