Arizona Farm Bureau Federation
The Arizona Farm Bureau will be the primary tenant
in a 50,000 sq. ft. office complex located in the heart of Morrison
Town Center.
The total Farm Bureau site is 8.5 acres and will be developed in
two phases. The first phase will be a modern, brick faced building
facing Town Center Lake. According to Ken Evans, Arizona Farm Bureau
President, “This building represents the future for Farm Bureau
and is just spectacular…This project is a statement about
who we are, where we come from, and where we are going.” The
second phase will include a second building that will serve as an
investment for Farm Bureau Financial Services. Available for lease,
the additional space promises to be some of the most sought after
real estate on the Ranch.
Agricultural Education Center
The Arizona Farm Bureau is currently considering
the construction of an Agricultural Education Center, proposed on
a 4.5 acre site within Morrison Town Center near the Farm Bureau’s
new headquarters. Should plans materialize, the Agricultural Education
Center will welcome families and school groups year round to enjoy
its youth education program. Anticipated features of the program
include working machinery dating back to the 1920s, farm demonstrations,
public vegetable gardens, and farm animals.
