Morrison Town Center, a place to shop...

Situated on more than 115 acres, Morrison Town Center offers a variety of neighborhood shops, restaurants, and boutiques, in addition to a wide range of neighborhood and professional services. Outdoor cafés and terraces with views of the lake offer a relaxing respite from the day’s activity, while groves of trees provide shade from the Arizona sun. Winding through Town Center, Morrison Walk leads visitors on a beautifully landscaped, one mile journey past historic rose gardens and sculptural fountains, past the Morrison family’s ranch headquarters, around the community’s landmark grain silos, to neighborhood retail centers north and south.

Neighborhood Shopping Centers
Morrison Ranch Town Center is intended to provide a small town community experience similar to the early farming days in Gilbert, yet with the services and facilities desired for today’s contemporary life. The environmental character is strongly influenced by the rural character of the Ranch and the social desire for its residents to enjoy a non-car oriented community experience.

Within Morrison Ranch Town Center there are two neighborhood shopping centers. Each designed specifically to meet the day-to-day needs of Ranch residents. Each conveniently located along the Ranch’s primary roads. Each accessible by foot via the Ranch’s extensive greenbelt. General neighborhood services including grocery stores, pharmacies, dry cleaners, mail centers, specialty shops, salons, boutiques, sports, music and and specialty stores are all conveniently located to make life a little simpler and better.

Lakeview Village , at the southeast corner of Elliot Road and Higley Road, is the first of the Ranch's neighborhood shopping centers to open and is now happily serving Morrison Ranch residents. A second center, at the northeast corner of Warner Road and Higley Road, will evolve as Morrison Ranch grows.

Recreation and Entertainment
Covering more than 400 acres, the interconnected greenbelts of Morrison Ranch converge at Town Center where residents of all ages can enjoy many recreational, shopping and educational pursuits. Walking, jogging, biking, all make use of the community’s trails and grass-covered spaces. Morrison Ranch residents enjoy fishing and family events by the lake. An informal outdoor amphitheater and community events center promise to host a wide variety of neighborhood events, including musical performances, professional training seminars, exhibitions, gala benefits, and wedding receptions.

Restaurants and Boutiques
From lakeside dining to more casual family fare, residents and visitors alike will find a great variety in the restaurants of Morrison Town Center. Specialty shops and boutiques offer a wide selection of gourmet food items, in addition to unique gifts, clothing, and treasures for one’s self and one’s home.

Professional Services
Residents will find many of the professional services they require, whether medical, dental, or other, conveniently located within Town Center’s professional buildings. Accessible off Higley, Warner, and Elliot roads, these buildings are within walking distance of the Ranch’s various neighborhoods and amenities and offer exceptional lake and greenbelt views.

Historic Ranch Headquarters
At the heart of Morrison Town Center lies the Morrison family’s historic ranch headquarters, and its landmark grain silos. Our vision is to have an agricultural education center dedicated to teaching a community its proud history. The intent is that here, residents would purchase locally grown produce, cultivate their own garden, view antique farm machinery, or get to know a new animal or two at the farm. All in honor of a lifestyle that reveres the land and honors the natural environment.
