Warner Groves
At the heart of Warner Groves lies one of Morrison Ranch’s two proposed
elementary school sites, accessible from anywhere in the neighborhood
via the Ranch’s extensive greenbelt and trail system. Children living
within Warner Groves will be able to travel safely to and from school
on foot without ever having to cross a busy arterial road. Residents
will also benefit from a small neighborhood shopping center at the corner
of Higley and Warner roads, as well as direct access to Morrison Town
Center, located just across the street. Residential lots range in size
from 5,000 to 10,000 sq.ft.
