Town Center Lake

Located in the heart of Morrison Town Center, Town Center Lake (a 6.2 acre irrigation/recreation lake filled with reclaimed water) will be stocked with fish, providing Ranch residents with an opportunity to enjoy recreational catch and release fishing, lakeside recreation, relaxation, and entertainment.

Travelers along Higley Road can view the lake’s dramatic 40-foot water fountain piercing the sky in front of the AZ Farm Bureau’s new headquarters. In time, the ash and elm trees surrounding the lake will grow to provide shade from the sun, and the turf along its banks will thicken, providing a peaceful retreat in the midst of Morrison Ranch.
