Lakeview Trails South

Lakeview Trails is the Ranch's largest residential neighborhood. At the heart of Lakeview Trails South, the second phase, lies the sole Morrison Ranch junior high site. The decision to build the junior high school is now in the hands of the Gilbert Unified School District. To the west lies Morrison Town Center, in its entirety. No other Ranch residents have such direct access to Town Center as those living in Lakeview Trails, thanks to the extensive greenbelt and trail system that runs throughout the neighborhood. Lakeview Trails South has not been designed yet, but will be similar to Morrison Ranch projects before it.
