Arizona Farm Bureau Federation

The Arizona Farm Bureau will be the primary tenant in a 50,000 sq. ft. office complex located in the heart of Morrison Town Center.
The total Farm Bureau site is 8.5 acres and will be developed in two phases. The first phase will be a modern, brick faced building facing Town Center Lake. According to the Arizona Farm Bureau, “This building represents the future for Farm Bureau and is just spectacular…This project is a statement about who we are, where we come from, and where we are going.” The second phase will include a second building that will serve as an investment for Farm Bureau Financial Services. Available for lease, the additional space promises to be some of the most sought after real estate on the Ranch.

The first of two Farm Bureau buildings houses the Farm Bureau Federation and Western Agricultural Insurance Company. The building combines the latest technology with elements from Arizona’s agricultural past.
