The first phase of Morrison Town Center,

Cleaners and have a bite to eat at Subway. Several more
tenants, including Bank of America, Paradise Nail Salon, The UPS Store, 1st Class Realty,
Planet Beach, Red Mountain Wireless, H&R Block, Allstate Insurance, Higley

Education
Williams Educational Campus (including Arizona State University East and Chandler-Gilbert Community
College)
One of three Arizona State University campuses, ASU East offers
degree programs through the Morrison School of Agribusiness
and Resource Management, East College and the College
of Technology and Applied Sciences. Also at ASU East is the
Microelectronics Teaching Factory (MTF), a partnership of
industry and education that is preparing students for direct entry
into the global semiconductor workforce. ASU East is steadily
working toward a polytechnic organizational model, which
will differentiate it from other ASU campuses and create an
environment for students desiring an emphasis on technological
competence.
Paving the way for higher education in the Southeast Valley
since 1985, Chandler-Gilbert Community College has become
a dynamic learning environment for more than 12,000 students
annually. CGCC serves the needs of the Southeast Valley
including Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek, offering classes
at three convenient locations. In addition to university transfer

include Aviation, Information Technologies, Teacher Education,

Transportation
Superstition Freeway (U.S. 60)
With exits at Higley and Power roads, the Superstition Freeway provides
Ranch residents with exceptional freeway access.
San Tan Freeway
When built, the proposed San Tan Freeway will run parallel with the
Ranch’s southern border 1/2 mile south of Warner Road. With exits planned at
Power Road and Higley Road, this freeway will provide exceptional access to
Morrison Ranch Business Center and Morrison Town Center.
Williams Gateway Airport
Located just two miles from Morrison Ranch, Williams Gateway
Airport offers both passenger and air cargo services. A new terminal, ease
of access, and free parking make the Williams Gateway Airport a convenient
alternative to Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport, especially for
private corporate flights.
