Lakeview Village

Higley Estates
The commercial area on the southwest corner of Higley and Elliot is in the planning stages. While no concrete plans have been made, several proposals are being considered.

Farm Bureau - Phase II
The Farm Bureau has room for a second building, and are awaiting tenants before building. While Morrison Ranch is not directly involved in the selection of tenants, we can put you in contact with those who are providing those services.

Higley Road and Warner Road
The northeast and northwest corners of Higley Road and Warner Road are in the early planning stages, Proposals from others are also being entertained.

Recker Road Neighborhood Centers
Two commercial corners are available along Recker Road. One on the southwest corner of Elliot Road and the other on the northwest corner of Warner Road.
