The second of Marvin and June Morrison’s three sons, Scott Morrison was the first in the family to move into a new home on the Ranch. He and wife Stormy, along with their three daughters and son, can often be seen walking the Ranch’s grassy paths or playing in the recreational open space adjoining their home in Higley Groves.

For the first ten years of his married life, Scott was a full time farmer, both in Gilbert and in the Florence area. Now he spends the bulk of his time working on planning issues for Morrison Ranch, while also serving on several boards, including Gilbert Leadership (a program of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce). Stormy, a Certified Public Accountant, enjoys working from home, in addition to juggling the demands of overseeing the office accounting, blogging, and maintaining close contact with four adult kids. In their leisure time, both Scott and Stormy devote their energies to the Gilbert chapter of Young Life, an outreach program for youth.

Howard Morrison, Partner
The third of Marvin and June Morrison’s three boys, Howard Morrison has played an integral role in the planning and development of Morrison Ranch since its beginning.

Howard received a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from the University of Arizona, then went on to receive degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.) and Phoenix Seminary (D.Min.). In addition to serving as a member of the planning team of Morrison Ranch, Howard dedicates a great deal of his time to the adults of East Valley Bible Church in Gilbert.

On a personal note, Howard and wife Jana keep busy overseeing the hectic schedules of their three school-age children. In his “down” time, Howard enjoys reading, basketball, and traveling. Both personally and professionally, he enjoys working alongside his extended family, whether developing Morrison Ranch or helping his brothers and cousins in their own personal endeavors.

Dawnie Stewart, Partner & Director of Public Relations
The oldest of Kenneth and Lela Morrison’s children, Dawnie Stewart is cousin to Scott and Howard Morrison. Together, these three comprise the active management team overseeing the development of Morrison Ranch.

Prior to becoming actively involved in the planning and development of Morrison Ranch, Dawnie enjoyed a successful career in retail, a career which she now credits for her insight into the development of the commercial centers at Morrison Ranch and her success as the Ranch’s director of public relations.

On a personal note, Dawnie is married to Justin Stewart who is also a key player on the Ranch’s active management team. Together they reside on the Ranch, just a stone’s throw from Dawnie’s son Denton, his wife Tammy, and their children, Ty, Jacey and Hadley. Denton helps run the family farming operation in Gilbert. Dawnie’s other son, Dustin, along with Denton, now owns and operates a new family farm at Painted Rock Ranch just outside of Gila Bend, Arizona, where he resides with his wife Becki and their sons Wyatt and Nate.

In her spare time, Dawnie enjoys gardening, cheering on Arizona’s professional sports teams, travel, and (most importantly!) spending time with her children and grandchildren.
